What This Covers
If you have connected a Meta account (Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Messenger, or Instagram) to BYWHA, you have the right to request that we delete the data we hold about you and your connected account. This page explains how.
This applies to data collected by BYWHA through your use of the platform and through any Meta account you have connected — including your account information, connected WhatsApp Business/Meta account details, automation flows, and conversation data stored on our platform.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to data_deletion@bywha.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including:
- The email address or business name associated with your BYWHA account
- Confirmation that you want your account and associated data permanently deleted
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 14 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your BYWHA account and login credentials
- Your connected Meta/WhatsApp Business account association
- Conversation history, contacts, and automation flows stored on our platform
What We May Retain
We may retain limited information where required by law, for accounting purposes, or to resolve disputes, consistent with our Privacy Policy. This retained data is not used for any active purpose beyond these obligations.
Disconnecting Instead of Deleting
If you only want to disconnect your Meta account from BYWHA without deleting your entire account, send a written request to data_deletion@bywha.com and we will disconnect it on your behalf.
